Do 15 watt speakers produce 30 watts?
Hello, I have 15 watt speakers with 8 ohms. I would like to know if I can connect them to a 30 watt amplifier or if the speaker cannot handle that.
I have these speakers:

No, usually not.
This is a problem. 30 watt amplifiers mean that the maximum is 30W. With a slightly weak amplifier, the loudspeakers go faster than with a slightly too strong amplifier.
That’s the same as if you’d ask: Can I run an incandescent lamp from America at my apartment in Germany?
No, you can’t.
That’s how it is in your case with the speaker. You can connect the speaker to the amplifier. Only if you turn up too loud, he’ll be in smoke.
If you don’t freak out, it’ll be okay. But when you hear too loud, it starts to “crush” (sometimes not even really in the audible range), the loudspeaker warms up and then breaks quite quickly.
So not recommended.
