schadet pantoprazol in der frühschwangerschafg?

ich habe entsetzliche regelschmerzen und mir hilft da nur ibuprofen. allerdings hab ich einen empfindlichen magen und nehme davor pantoprazol als magenschutz. also immer wenn ich das gefühl hab, ich bekomm meine tage, nehme ich schon mal pantoprazol, um meinen magen auf die ibu tablette vorzubereiten. ich hab sowohl vorgestern, als auch gestern und auch heute eine pantoprazol genommen, weil ich jedes mal dachte „heute krieg ich sie“. allerdings fehlanzeige. ich habe das gefühl ich bin schwanger, da die möglichkeit sogar besteht und ich keine typischen krämpfe hab die ich normalerweise vor meiner periode hab. meine frage: mal angenommen, ich bin wirklich schwanger, kann das pantoprazol dem baby schaden?? im internet steht beides. dass man es nehmen kann aber es steht auch, dass man es nicht nehmen darf. je nach internetseite. das verwirrt mich.
