The app does not have a valid certificate, so you can’t install it and you can’t fix it. Such apps need a certificate that is actually only for companies, so they always hold only 7 days. After that, Scarlet would have to take a new certificate, but that’s not that easy. Scarlet is not reliable, and all apps you install from it will no longer be usable after 7 days.

No, Scarlet’s just bad. Use AltStore, but you need a PC. But you can always renew the certificate yourself, then you can always use the apps because it works differently.
