I've had a rough, scaly patch on the back of my foot for a year. I got it last winter. A quick look from my doctor said it was some kind of eczema, and that was it. Now it's discolored slightly, and I'm worried it might be skin cancer. It doesn't itch; it feels like a callus. Does anyone know anything about this?

This is definitely not skin cancer. Google times “Melanom, Basalzllkarzinom and Platteeepithelkarzinom” then you see how the most common malignant tumors of the skin look.
