Hi, I have a problem with my Saxonette that it only starts with jump-starting, and when it's started, it stays at half throttle and then turns off again after about 2 minutes. I've cleaned everything and replaced parts. A cable is cut so the car starts; otherwise, it wouldn't start. Does anyone have any tips on how to get it to stay started so I can accelerate again? Sounds like a lack of gas. Hang the gasoline hose on the carburetor and check if a nice jet of gasoline comes when the gasoline cock is open.
