Can you combine the two? I'll ask my doctor next Monday, but I wanted to ask here first.

How often should I take Tadalafil (Cialis)?

Perhaps a doctor or someone with more knowledge or experience will read this. Is taking Tadalafil only on the weekend (every weekend), 10mg on Saturday and 10mg on Sunday, harmful in the long run, or will the body, or rather the kidneys and liver, cope with it? Continuous use of 5mg is not necessary.
Can you still take ibuprofen if…?
..the tablet (still usable) is out of the blister and is just lying in the packaging (carton)?

Does Elvanse (ADHD medication) build up a "level of effectiveness"? or not?
My psychiatrist told me I could take it when I needed it, and if I didn't, then I wouldn't. As needed, so to speak. Now a friend of mine (he also takes it) said that Elvanse creates a mirror effect and must be taken regularly.

Does the body get used to seasickness despite using scopolamine patches?
I'll be sailing on a ship soon and have been prescribed scopolamine patches. But does my body get used to seasickness if I use the patches, or does it just delay the onset of nausea?
Saxenda is a medicine against diabetes and obesity. Sertralin is an antidepressant from the SSRI group which is approved for the treatment of depression, anxiety disorders and forced diseases.
Basically, prescription medicines should never be combined without consultation with the doctor. In case of non-prescriptions, never without consultation with the pharmacist.
Until Dato, no interactions between sertralin and saxenda are known, yet you should ask your doctor.

Unfortunately no. I have no information regarding ketamine with saxenda.
Without consultation with his attending physician, you should never combine anything.
Especially when taking antidepressants you should be very careful.
