Save water with washing machine?

Hello,

Quick question. I have this washing machine:

What's the best way to wash water-efficiently? Should I use a long or short cycle? I currently always use the easy-care cycle because my laundry doesn't stain and I can throw anything in there.

My only concern is whether I can set the program to 1:30 or 2:35. Which is more effective for saving water?

wanting to save water is insane.

If you saved a liter, it’s just 0.3Cent. But if the laundry hasn’t been clean, it costs 50 litres more to wash it again. And if the washing powder does not dissolve completely, you get bleach stains and if it is not completely washed out, you risk an allergy.

It means Save.

You simply use the normal progra,m for cotton and make the drum 100% full. It saves most. Energy saving is essential, 40 degrees instead of 60 degrees saves much energy.

And if you wear your shirt for 2 days instead of only 1 day, you save 50% water! Wooow.

Just take the cotton or whitewashing program at 40/60 and 90 degrees (depending on what is in it)

NO Ecoprogramm!!

the longer program is energy- and water-saving

That’s not true. The amount of water is equal. Silk and wool require a comparatively large amount of water because little laundry is washed per walk. Modern machines generally need to be economical and recharge the water in several strokes, because the absorbency of the washing is measured by water level in the suction container. A shower curtain therefore has less water insate than 8 kg cotton.
