Save sleep rhythm (stay awake 24 hours)?
Hello. I'm 16 and currently on vacation. As with every vacation, my sleep rhythm is completely disrupted starting around the second week. I go to bed at 8:00 am (in the morning) and then sleep until 6-7:00 pm Is it a good idea to just stay awake and then go to bed normally the next day (10-11 pm)? Or will that not help? What else could help me?
This is complete nonsense that means nothing
I've been looking through a little bit with others, and everyone's gonna get through a night.
