Save Outlook email draft as PDF?
For my work files, I need to save email drafts (important! Not yet sent) as PDFs and insert them into the file. This doesn't seem to be possible in Outlook on Windows. When I click the Print button—which is normally used when saving as a PDF—it's grayed out in drafts and thus unusable. This would be possible for emails that have already been sent or received. Is there a way around this?
Screenshots are not a solution! Only PDFs are really needed.
What for?
Designs prove nix.
In so far, you do not have to protect them as pdf from changes.
The standard would be easy to place as *.msg file.
That’s not the point. They are to be placed in the file so that all correspondence can be detected. Since our post office sends out any email and I can only save drafts, I need to be able to save drafts as PDFs.
I can’t. It’s not the point. Point.
If you have exotic processes: 🤷 ♂️
Your statements: “don’t go.” But I found a way, so fuck. “Isn’t the meaning of the thing” Retrieving mail in files is very useful for a transparent traceability of the entire course. What you say is not helpful, but your opinion that helps 0.0 and is therefore inappropriate. And that’s why useless.
Ah – if you don’t match the answer, you’ll be patty personally attacking.
I’ll let them stand so that others can pimp their ignorant list. Doesn’t usually help to waste the wrong douches. 🤷
It’s on Mac. You’re useless, my goodness. Don’t bother me if you don’t have an answer, your opinion doesn’t interest me.
