Saturn doesn’t deliver?
Hello dear Gutefrage Community
I ordered a keyboard from Saturn on December 23rd, 2023.
I've received a total of six emails so far stating that they can't give me a more precise delivery date yet, even though it's been available online several times. I've also contacted support twice, but unfortunately, all I've gotten is this:
We're sorry that your order is delayed. It will take some time to process your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot currently provide you with a delivery date
(Although the Saturn website says it will be delivered on 17-18)
What do you think I should do? I would really like to cancel, but it costs 40 euros more elsewhere.
I've been waiting for over 2 weeks now.

If you need them very urgently, then cancel and pay more.
If you don’t need them urgently, wait and pay less.
