Should I keep eating when I'm full (not until I feel sick, I mean) so that I stay full longer or does it make no difference?

So, uh, I’d just make dinner if I know I can’t eat in the next 12 to 24 hours, and if I don’t need a clear head in the car or at work afterwards. An overcrowded stomach is more disturbing.
Other foods besides that in a time of famine if not clear when there is something to eat again.

You do nothing good with your body. And for weight loss, this is even extremely counterproductive – there is nothing to “be surprised”.
