Glue SATA SSD to the power supply because there is not enough space in the case?

Hello, I recently bought a SATA SSD and realized that space was getting tight. My PC is installed in a Mini-ITX case (H210i), I use cable extensions, and I don't have a modular power supply. I can't install the SSD in its original location at the front of the power supply cover. The only available space is at the back of the power supply. Could this cause heat problems, or is it okay? I have a 700W power supply from be quiet.

You even stick your SSD? What a luxury. My hands just hang in my case with pure willpower;)

But in order to say this: since an SSD has no mechanical parts, nothing can be broken so quickly.

So you can place them as well as everywhere.

Heat should not be a problem either.

So it’s “just” a SATA SSD and not one of the new m2 things.

In this respect, heat is rather a smaller problem.

So if you don’t have any space, you can do it like that.
