My Samsung washing machine is displaying error code 5c, but the drain hose is clear and not kinked. What should I do now, and what else could be wrong?

I have a problem with my Samsung washing machine not draining the water anymore, and I keep getting error message 5C. Then I noticed that my drain hose was kinked, so I took that out and now everything's fine, but my washing machine still isn't working. The pipes and hose are clear, and I can't see or feel anything inside. What could be wrong? How can I get my washing machine to work again? Do you have any tips? Or has anyone else experienced this? I'm really grateful for any help.
