Vas deferens thicker when standing?
Hello, I tried to feel my vas deferens, and I noticed that they become much thinner and harder when lying down than when standing. When lying down, they are barely thicker than the vein next to them. But when standing, they are thicker. So, I'm not sure if those are really the vas deferens I felt. Is swelling when standing normal?
