Salzwasser durch die Nase?
Hallo,
Usually the body regulates this by itself and there are no problems. You’ve probably put too much pressure on your strong snoring. In case of persistent complaints, I would advise a doctor’s visit; but do not think that will be necessary.
Good improvement!
Thank you
Thank you. I wish you a good time, but let it go a little quieter today, then you are (latest) fit again tomorrow.
Yes, always so thank you
It’s a pity that the holiday always passes so quickly, but you seem to have enjoyed it! Good home trip.
Thanks again tomorrow:)
Seawater does not interfere, neither nose nor eyes.
What’s bothering is too violent snucking through the nose. As a result, secretions are pressed into the sinuses and end cavities. On the other hand, it is right to raise the nose deep and violently and then to spit out the “result” through the mouth.
So it should always be done, even in the case of schnapps (spuck into a pocket cloth instead of sneaking), but the noise in the nose hoisting is unfortunately considered in our culture as undressed (= undressed) and primitive (ja eh primitiv=urnatur)
Thank you very much
It’s normal, next time you can pay a little bit more attention to breathing while swimming, but you can always get some sea water. It’s a bit of a habit.
Thank you
Hello,
the sea water is not harmful.
In any case better than fresh water with chlorine and lime.
Because our body carries salt water around.
So that salt water as noses and ears drops or spray,
used.
I guess you got a bit too much.
It’s going back.

Thank you Hansi to hear from you again 😀
Maybe it was a bit too much at once or excitement. Take a break!
Thank you, I will do:)
Sure.
