Salary after termination?

Hi, does anyone know anything about this? I gave notice effective March 31, 2024, and started working for a new employer on April 1. Today I looked at my account and saw that I received wages/salary from my old employer, albeit only about 30% of my usual net salary, but still. My supervisor at the time hasn't responded to my question about whether this is correct.

Does anyone know what I should do, I can't just spend the money

You need to clarify this with your former staff division.

Perhaps any overtime or supplements or the like that was paid out? You haven’t got a payroll yet?

In any case, I would not spend the money, but would wait for the chief’s answer or turn to the personnel department.

Leave lying and clarify the whole thing by letter.

For what accounting period is the paid wage? Usually you would have to get the full wage for the month of March.

Well, that’ll probably be the rest of the money. I would put the money to the side, but don’t actively report to the HR department

Did you still have open days or had to be compensated for overtime?

And then you sure got a final bill

How would anyone know why you got money from your old company? You should ask at the staff office.

This is really not an argument. Wages are always something individual.
