Salary after bachelor's degree?

Hello,

I started working as a student employee at an architectural firm about a year and a half ago, earning €1,350 gross per month for 20 hours. I now have my bachelor's degree and would like to discuss the terms and conditions again. I'll be doing my master's degree and will continue working there as a student employee. Since I've been working there for a while now, as the only one who can handle a particular area, and now have a qualified degree, I wanted to ask what I could ask for as a new salary. What do you think? I have a very good relationship with my boss, and I can talk to him about topics like this quite easily…

Thank you very much in advance!

Are you doing work there now that the bachelor's degree is required? You would still be a student.

Unfortunately, as a hired architect, you really deserve badly. You should always be self-employed in this profession.

Yes, but only if you do yourself, you will be able to earn your degree accordingly.

One example, as a teacher you start to work with €2800 net.

and as a student of work there

You should try for a real employment contract
