Saddle cabinet without saddle holder?
Hello everyone!
I'm currently looking for a cabinet that I can put in the tack room at our stable, where I can store all my horse's gear (grooming bag, saddle pads, halter, etc.). However, I don't need to hang my saddle in the cabinet, as it hangs on the wall with other saddles. Do these cabinets without saddle racks have a special name, or where can I find one without a saddle rack? I've been looking for one for what feels like forever.

Why don’t you take a normal wardrobe? I would imagine this very practical, because a Bundeswehr cabinet (usually used as a saddle cabinet) is in principle also only a wardrobe in which a saddle holder is screwed. Then you have the advantage that you can always rebuild the compartments or build new suspensions.
A Pax cabinet from Ikea came to my mind first. With this cabinet you can buy and contest compartments, suspensions, baskets, clothes racks and so on and thus always expand the cabinet as you like.

Buy a normal cabinet. You also have more choice and is much cheaper. I think three small screws for holders of halters ect creates pretty much everyone to mount;) … also locks are quickly mounted.
I think there are Bundeswehrspinde that there are with and without saddle holders. But even easier is surely to buy one with saddle holder and simply screw it off. If you have curved space, you can also leave the holder in it. Because if we’re honest, the horse probably won’t stand his whole life on this one stable and not every stable offers a saddle chamber and then you won’t stop problwm in the future
Just buy a stinky locker, so not a saddle cabinet. Or mount the saddle holder if you find otherwise use for it.

I’d look after a metal pin / tool cabinet. These are quite cheap in various sizes, also used to buy. Most are closable, keeping the climate in a stable and have a really good use value.
