S Push tan App Sparkasse?
Can't you use the s Push tan app to log in to your online banking?
I get an error message 3958 in the Sparkasse app
and on the internet I can only use Qr tan, tan manual and tan optical
But how do I get into my online banking now? I've already switched to Push TAN because I was told that I need a new TAN procedure with my new card.
Hi! The error message says that the access and the legitimation procedure do not fit together, which ultimately fits the situation. Now the question is how you changed. You can’t just change this without it being docked at the access, and it seems to be missing from that.
Did you get a letter using an activation code or anything to activate the PushTan app? If you don’t know what I’m talking about, you already have the explanation.
I recommend you to take the phone and, if necessary, all the documents you have received in the context and go to the savings bank. Let the current status and check the access there, everything else does not make it easier.

I got a new card but I didn’t get the letter anymore, at my old card everything went with the old tan device after that I wanted to get this qr code tan device, I told the bank they were supposed to put it on push tan, got the letter where the qr code was pushing the s push tan off at my phone, when I wanted to go into my online banking I had a mistake I could not update myself but I could not do so

Is the access clean and not locked?
Is the tan procedure correctly connected with access?
Is pushtan enabled?
The latter must vote first, otherwise you have no chance to change what.

If you are repeatedly referred to these 3 TAN procedures, I suggest that you have a different login name for push TAN. The TAN procedure is dependent on this.
When I was still at the Sparkasse, I could also use the Push-TAN from the app for login
