Am I slipping into an eating disorder?

I'm trying to lose weight as inconspicuously as possible. But today it was particularly difficult. My sister is always getting me something with sugar in it. She brought me a gummy bear, which I threw away. I ate the whole sucuk, but that was only a small slice. Then she brought me ceestrings, but I only ate half of them and threw away what was left in my mouth when she was gone. She also brought me this weird Werthers Original caramel candy, which I ate. Then my mother gave me a piece of cake, but I gave her half of it. For breakfast I had half of a seed roll, and for lunch I had some rice with sauce. I feel so bad, I ate so much today.
Do you think I'm slipping into an eating disorder? I've lost more weight than usual in the last week or rather the last few days.

13 1/2 (f) 169cm and weighed 49.9kg this morning

My BMI says I am in the lower range of normal weight.

In principle, this is not good, the question is whether it is with you for lack of appetite or you really do not want to eat. First you need to visit a doctor if it is the second you just need to realize yourself that you need to take more calories not to be underweight. If you’re tired all day or you’re bad, that’s a sign that you’re missing energy calories.
