Rules for placing Guillmets?
I like guilmets better than quotation marks, but I don't know if there are any specific rules for using them in standard German.
In particular, it is a question of whether they can be placed facing outwards («»), as in Switzerland, or whether they must necessarily face inwards (»«).

Switzerland to the outside
D inside
With these “most” I wonder if there is any rule for it.
Wikipedia says that German use with the tips is inward.
But the origin is in France, and there the “guillemets” are always set out, and the Swiss have taken over so that unity prevails in their own country!
further down in the Wikipedia article is the quote.
