I ordered some clothes about 3 weeks ago, but I didn't like one of them, so I sent it back.
I requested a return and it was accepted.
Next I received a QR code (for Hermes) to return the item.
About 2 weeks ago I dropped off the package at Hermes.
But to this day it says online that the package has not yet arrived at the warehouse.
Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt for the return from Hermes.
