Chargeback on credit, top-up?

Hello, I have an ongoing Auxmoney loan, and I've paid the installments on time for over a year without exception. I wanted to top up this loan again, and it had already been approved. Because my bank made a mistake, there was a chargeback for the last installment. I noticed this a day later and transferred the money immediately. Due to the short delay in the installment, the bank has now canceled the loan application. My question now is: Once the money has been credited, will I be able to apply for a top-up again, or will it take some time until the bank "trusts" me again?
