right of return by parcel service?
Hello, I have a question and need someone who knows about this. I wanted to send back some fragrances because I didn't like them. The package was supposed to go back to London. I paid for the shipping from the Hermes border guru parcel shop. I had a 14-day right of return and I kept to that, but Hermes sent my package back to me after a few days or about a week and it never arrived in London. I got the shipping money back but can't send the package now because the 14-day right of return is up and I therefore can't get my money back for the fragrances that I was supposed to send back. What can I do?
Then you could now try to make Hermes liable for your follow-up costs (with this written statement in your pocket as a debt confession) and reclaim the resulting damage.
What this brings and how far you get with it is another question.
Is there a template on the Internet what I can write exactly?
I don’t know. I’ve never had that myself. Although there was already “discussions” between me and a parcel service provider, this was resolved by phone. You have to look for yourself.
