Rückgabe mangels Deckung – wie zahle ich das Geld nun mit einem gedeckten Konto?
Hi, hatte Probleme bei der Bank daher kam es dazu, dass ich für einen Tag ein ungedecktes Konto hatte und mein Fitnessstudio genau an diesem Tag die Mitgliedschaft abgebucht hat. Mir wurde die Lastschrift zurück erstattet und nun würde ich gerne wissen ob ich das Geld einfach zurück überweisen kann ohne dass meine Mitgliedschaft storniert wird oder hat das Fitnessstudio nun einfach eine offene Foderung an mich ? Wie sollte ich da am besten vorgehen damit die Mitgliedschaft läuft & die ihr Geld schnellstmöglich erhalten?

I’d still talk to the studio. Often these drawbacks cost a lot of fees. Maybe you’re coming to meet you, or they can tell you how much you need to transfer.

I think both. The bank takes something. The studio often has any fees in the AGB. In addition, dunning costs. I’d call and try to figure this out before they ever noticed.
