Reclaim without wages being paid?
I had a summer job last month, but since I had found something better in the meantime, I gave notice on the 1st of this month.
Now I received a letter from my employer telling me I should pay back an amount of approximately €200 for THIS month. But that's not really possible. My payslip clearly states that nothing was transferred, and I can't find the exact amount being repaid anywhere in the statement. My account isn't seized or restricted in any way.
Of course I'll call tomorrow, but does anyone happen to know what could have caused this?
Is something overcrowded? The letter and the transfer of the salary
The letter was sent on the 30th of this month, on Friday.
However, the bill says you didn’t give me anything.
strange. Check this tomorrow
And you read the contract carefully?
If no payment has been made and yet the payment of a sum X is required, this sounds to me as a claim for damages, which may be justified by non-compliance with the contract.
And we haven’t read your contract…
The contract states that the employment relationship may be cancelled at any time unfounded.
without notice? or with notice?
Actually, indefinitely, it still made it far in advance
