I also had such complaints for a few weeks. I also had a witch’s shot in the past, and I’ve always been in pain in the area of the lumbar spine for a few days. What generally helps me is heat (e.g. heat bottle). Of course you can take ibuprofen. Otherwise, you could try your thighs in the bed, e.g. with a blanket or a pillow to mount up a bit (so-called stepped storage). This can also relieve the spinal column somewhat. Physiotherapy and movement (especially swimming) are also recommended. You could also consider whether you could use a flatter or ergonomic cushion to improve your lying position. As you probably know, you’ll probably never get the complaints away forever. Like me, you may also have a sliver disc incident and this can unfortunately not be undone. For example, one can try to prevent overweight so that the spinal column and joints are not loaded.

I can very well understand that it is burdensome… You can still try it with warmth. Physiotherapy can really help. You need exercises that you can do at home.

Sport helped me. And my osteopath.

Then maybe you don’t have a great osteopath at the start.

What kind of sport are you doing?

Let yourself be properly advised in a competent gym. Not all doctors are as great as you always think.

You’re just sitting on the butterfly? It won’t do much.
