Back pain when doing a little housework, is it arthritis or just tension?

I recently washed dishes and then hung up the laundry. While hanging up the laundry, I had such a pain in my back. I can't describe the exact nature of the pain, but it was certainly neither burning nor stabbing. I've also felt a few stabbing pains in my back.

I had a slipped disc in 2015. But since then, I didn't have any real problems until this year. I might go see a doctor, but I wanted to get your opinion. Maybe someone knows what this is?

Hello Tanja,

most of them, however, come from the discs
Duration failure or one-sided loading.

Also search for the cause and set it on. ( Avoid)

for 3 requests you still don’t get on the greens…

but the selection option “stressing” is already too high.

With only cycling and walking, there isn’t much…Klar that makes the musculature look good when you hang up a laundry.

Rather lack of training maybe. Make more sports! Or do the household with an acquaintance.

Where are the pains?

Upper area (neck and shoulder)

Or lower area (cross)
