Rubber tree losing leaves at the bottom?

I have a rubber tree here that's about 1.30m tall and is growing well, and right now a new leaf is emerging from the top.

It is not soft, wobbly or anything else that would suggest that something is missing

However, over the last few days the bottom leaf has turned yellow and was lying next to it this morning.

I'm not exactly scared, but I'm wondering if this is normal or if there's something wrong.

What do you all mean?

Is it normal for leaves to fall off at the bottom or is something wrong?

Hi!

As others have already confirmed, this is completely normal. In their home country, Gummbie trees become real trees, you can google. :

Solane doesn't drop all leaves at once, you shouldn't worry.

This is normal for evergreen woods. The plant wants to make sure that the ratio of leaf mass and root mass remains balanced with the discarding of the oldest leaves.

If the whole trunk is healthy until the bottom, especially up to the growth height 1.30 m, losing a sheet at the bottom is no problem
