Rubber tree loses leaves what to do?
Hi everyone, I have a rubber tree and it's slowly losing leaves from the bottom up. I've attached some pictures.
What could be causing this? The plant is growing and has good light. We water it once a week, but not too much (this was recommended when we bought it).
Do you have any tips for me?
If one assumes that it really is poured properly – you can't just fix it out of the market. Depends on the rooting, mass of leaves, pot size, air circulation etc.
But as long as it is taken care that the upper part of the earth is dry before it is poured, it should fit. It should be aware, however, that this varies from plant to plant and requires a bit of attention. Just keep your finger in between and look. If it is dry, it can be poured. In the summer this can also be quite more often than now.
Basically, it can be a sign of nutrient deficiency. If the leaves turn yellow and drop from below, this indicates a nutrient deficiency.
If new shoots/blows fall off, this can indicate a sign of an infestation, or a problem with the earth/cast water/fertilizer.
I guess the rubber tree is in regular coconut soil, which is not exactly ideal for it, maybe look carefully at how the root work looks. If this is healthy, has no lazy spots and does not fill out the whole pot, does not necessarily have to be stuffed – then I guess the problem is more about nutrient deficiency.
This could then be compensated with a liquid fertilizer, or a new substrate is used which already contains fertilizer.
In addition, it helps to spray the leaves or clean the leaves.
Your tree looks healthy in itself, it is also normal that at some point the lower leaves can fall off.
And if the lower leaves should hardly get light, then this would also be normal.
Hello,
the problem is that your Ficus elastica (rubber tree) has either got too much water, has been exposed to large temperature fluctuations, or has got air from the train.
For a rubber tree:
• Best to choose a bright location without a blazing noon sun and draw air, with colorful (panashed) leaves need more light than monochrome green
• Best to keep at temperatures between 18 and 24°C
• Always pour in dry upper soil layer or place the flower pot in a bucket of water, taking the pot out of the water when no more bubbles increase
• Ideally, the leaves are regularly dedusted with a moist cloth and spray with room warm (18 to 24°C) water; Alternatively, you can rinse the dust on the leaves of small trees with a flowerpot packed in foil even under the shower
• In the growth period it is best to use fertilizers every 14 days
• By cutting off the drive tips branched Ficus elastica , where the emerging white juice is dried and the plant remains healthy.
best regards
Douka

Try this:
Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 of 13 December 2013 laying down detailed rules for the application of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the harmonization of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to the processing of personal data relating to the processing of personal data by electronic means (OJ L 347, 20.12.2013, p. 1).
Add 10 ml to one liter of water.
I have had very good experiences
