Rubber care for your car?

As you can see from the pictures, there are rubber seals or something similar on the outside of my car, including around the windows. The rubber has now become relatively even. Is there a special care product that will maintain the rubber and also refresh the color so that it looks as good as new? I hope you can help me.

The problem with such refreshments is that they last a maximum of 6 months. The rubber is simply exuberant and there doesn't help anything in the long term
