Routine?

Hey, I have a problem.
I'm suffering from depression and am slowly trying to get back on track. I was also hurt really badly by a guy and have been lying in bed for the last few weeks, barely eating and mentally unable to do anything. But I would like to change something about that, ideally my whole routine (I've always tried different things but never stuck with them). I'm also in my third year of training (medical assistant) and after that I want to get my high school diploma so I can study medicine myself, but the way my daily life is, that will never work out. Especially since I've hardly done anything in the last two years (overall average grade of 3.3). My question is, is it possible to catch up on everything in two years with a study plan and discipline or is that rather unlikely? And my second question would be how best to deal with a lack of motivation. My problem is that I write tasks that definitely have to be done, but then when the time comes I think "actually, I'll have more time for them tomorrow" and then I let it go and hang around on my phone unnecessarily.

thank you in advance

It is best to pack the cause first. The depression therapies and then gradually to create something

If you just started, it doesn’t really help much. Depending on how very possible medicaments already strike. It’s also very much about what you’re stressing. What is very helpful at first is to stand up at regular times, toilet, teeth cleaning if necessary shower. Look what’s up. It is not important to force yourself to more than you can and not get ready for less. If you’re greying in front, start at least at a time of 5 minutes. At least you do a bit of what and are usually even busy at more than 5 minutes. Also, you should do the fun. Even once alone in the cafe or cinema look really wonderful. Then fuck what the people think they always think
