Rotlichtblitzer?
Moin Leute bin Busfahrer. An einer Kreuzung wo Stau war wartete ich bis ich rüber konnte ohne die Kreuzung zu blockieren. Nach dem ich anfing zu beschleunigen und ich fast auf Höhe der Haltelinie war sprang die Ampel auf gelb ich bremste sofort weil ich nicht schnell unterwegs war und in der Mitte ein Säulenblitzer stand. Ich kam ungefähr 1,5-2m hinter der Haltelinie zum stehen. Blockierte ungefähr die Hälfte des Fußgänger Überweges. In dem Moment wo ich zum stehen kam Blitze es schon und nach 2-3 Sekunden ein zweites Mal. Auf arbeit sagten sie mir heute sollte ich gestanden haben oder hallt nicht über die Kreuzung gefahren sein sollte nix kommen oder halt ne geringe straffe. Vielleicht gibt es ja hier unter uns Busfahrer Kollegen die Erfahrungen gemacht haben oder sich auskennen. Bild 1 zeigt wie weit ich über der Haltelinie war Bild zwei die besagte Kreuzung

I don’t think that there are any serious consequences that this will be checked again and since you can’t do much for it will happen nix maybe a letter with a small bill but I don’t think your boss about what says the worst thing that can happen is that you have to pay the bill yourself

Only the first flasher as proof against you is nothing if you claim to have been driving with yellow. From the distance difference and time difference of the two flashers it is possible to calculate how fast you drove (the faster, the higher the probability that the traffic light was already “orange”. After your description, you had a speed of 0 km/h when you were flashed the second time you were in the same place as the first flasher. There you can also stand when a blue light suddenly appears and you can suddenly kick the brake. It happened to me, I drove in green, heard and saw the fire truck, stopped… and was flashed twice because it was already red until all six vehicles were over. Didn’t get a letter, nothing had to pay. I should’ve fought.
