Red spots on the penis?

Hey community, I'll explain a bit more about this question and hope that someone else has had similar experiences. For a while now, I've occasionally (not permanently) had red spots on the glans or red areas under the foreskin. I've also been to the urologist, and he took a swab, which showed that it's not a fungus. I have very good intimate hygiene, and I don't masturbate very often, and when I do, I use gel. But these spots and/or areas keep coming back from time to time; they don't itch and they don't hurt. Has anyone else had similar experiences? I look forward to your answers 🙂
