Red dots on the glans, what is that?

Hello, I've been masturbating occasionally over the past few weeks and I've always noticed a red dot on the glans, just above the opening. However, it went away after 2-3 days of not masturbating. Since last week, it's been itching a bit down there now and then, but mostly on the scrotum. Then I had intercourse today, and the red dot is very clearly visible again, along with many small red dots on the foreskin. I'm really scared now and wanted to ask if this is normal.
