Hello,
I've had red spots on my fingers for as long as I can remember (14 years).
I have no idea what it is, it doesn't hurt or isn't a bump or anything, a lot of my friends have it too.
does anyone know what this is?

I have it mostly on my chin, and they're more like "underground" pimples. It's really annoying, especially because sometimes there are phases where it gets better and I think it's finally over, but then two days later everything is just as bad as before… Do you have any tips? ☹️
