We always take fresh red beds, nipple the very small and in the pan with onions.

Hello,

“Red Bete” juice is present in many foods as a coloring ingredient.

So fruit yoghurt, gumbs, cakes, ice cream, etc.

Just have to eat enough of it…

No, too much sugar. Red beet is best cooked/browned. Tastes better.
