MRT is much more accurate. X-ray is simpler and cheaper, and is therefore often used for a first overview.

Depending on what’s going on, it’s gonna need another MRI.

At knee MRI you don’t have to head into the device, that’s not so wild.
And if you’re really very scared, there’s a “hot on” pill from the staff 😉

Yeah, it’s just the “clean” thing that’s being examined. Here you can see what this looks like: https://www.med360grad.de/servicesangebot/radiology/services/kernspintomographie-mrt/mrt-knie/

At an MRT of the knee you will be on a couchwith the feet aheadthe“Röhre”because the body section to be examined must be located in the middle of the tube.

Before the X-ray, you need to be more afraid, as it is connected to a radiation exposure, even with a small one.

However, the decision whether X-ray or MRI is required is the doctor.

First comes X-ray, then MRI, because MRI is more expensive and X-rays may be enough.

One does not take diamorphine as a painkiller, but starts with aspirin 🙂

If you’re a cash patient, he’ll ring first. You don’t have to be afraid of the MRI.

I was reddened several times, at the end (luckily) an MRT had to be made, before was unfortunately never seen what the problem is, at the MRT it was clear.

But if both aren’t bad, you don’t need to be afraid ^^
