Rollerauspuff auf Krümmer Schrauben (M6) verloren?
Bin heute einkaufen gefahren und aufeinmal kurz vorm Ziel wurde mein Sym Euro Jet 50 extrem laut. Hab dann natürlich direkt angehalten und nachgeschaut. Dabei ist mir aufgefallen, dass der Auspuff total wackelt. Hab dann natürlich von unten direkt an den Krümmer geschaut, ob die Schrauben evtl. locker sind. Werkzeug habe ich ja sowieso immer dabei. Aber es war nichtmal mehr eine einzige Schraube vorhanden. Bin dann erstmal einkaufen gegangen und bin mit dem Roller dann heim gefahren (ca. 4km). Wurde natürlich angeschaut, wie sonst was, aber was will man machen. Wo auch immer diese Schrauben hin sind und wieso plötzlich alle 2 verschwunden sind, ist mir natürlich trotzdem ein Rätsel. Die 2 Schrauben wurden vor ca. 2 Monate beim Zylinderwechsel neu reingemacht. Nicht ich habe das gemacht, sondern ein Kumpel. Habe dann zuhause in meiner Schraubenkiste 2 passende M6 Schrauben gefunden und habe diese erst mal reingeschraubt.
Im Moment scheint der Auspuff nicht mehr zu wackeln und ist deutlich leiser.
Nun zu meiner Frage:
Will die 2 gefunden Schrauben natürlich gegen neue austauschen. Keine Ahnung für was die 2 gefundenen Schrauben mal eingesetzt wurden. Hab mal gehört, man sollte keine gebrauchten benutzen. Muss ich irgendwas beachten? Sind alle M6 Schrauben hitzebeständig? Kann ich ganz normal welche aus dem Baumarkt nehmen? Auf die Länge werde ich sowieso achten. Will definitiv kein Doppelgewinde benutzen. Hatte mit Doppelgewinde bei meinem alten Roller eher schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht.

During the cylinder change, these two screws were probably tightened, and then there was something that was loose and simply worked out.
Why do you want to replace the two found screws for new ones? If they’re all right. The most commonly used screws are screwed in again after something has been broken down, only in the case of extension screws (e.g. in the case of cylinder heads) you should take new ones or screws equipped with screw securing (but you can also apply them to used ones) or screws used for high-strength connections.
Not all M6 screws are the same. Even under the thread there are different pitches, but usually normal thread (no fine thread) is used. With the screws there are still different materials, there are even those made of plastic that are not heat resistant.
There are also quality differences in steel screws. Thus, in the construction market often cheap 4.6 screws are sold which are probably much worse than any used screws found somewhere.
I don’t know exactly what you mean with double thread, possibly stud bolts that you screw with one side into the cylinder and screw up nuts on the other side. With the exhaust fastening, I would actually do this rather, it is not so good for the thread in the cylinder if this is always screwed, rather a nut on the stud bolt.

That’s on the screw head. Normal are 8.8, there are also better screws that are then 10.9 or even 12.9 (but covered with an exhaust).
Kla you can take any screw when it’s made of steel.
Stainless steel screws are best suited because they are not so very rusty.
Used screws should not be used for high-load connections because the material is tired and the screws can length. Screws of brake discs, for example. Otherwise, I do not have any connection with a scooter where this would be necessary.
