Scooter won’t start after a long period of inactivity?

My scooter has been outside for a year. I managed to get it started three days ago by kicking it five times. I drove it for 20 minutes, and the next day it wouldn't start either with the button or with the kick. I just checked the spark plug. It looked brand new. Could it still be blown? If not, what could it be, and how do I fix it?

Is there a spark? Do you smell the unburned fuel at the exhaust?

There are many reasons for this cause.

carburetor,

membrane block,

vacuum gasoline pump,

candle,

nozzles,

air filter,

or the engine is full of fuel from the inside

is mostly the carburetor. Screw the candle out, kick the kickstarter 2….3 times and then screw the candle back in. If it does not start, candle out again and once a cap (oil bottle, do not have to be full) in the cylinder, start candle pure and again normal. If the engine is short, it’s not the ignition!

no oil gas! The oil has written as a measure! (Or do you have a diesel?)
