Scooter or moped license?
Hey, I'll be 15 in two weeks and wanted to ask which is more worthwhile: getting a scooter license (45 km/h) or a moped license (25 km/h). In North Rhine-Westphalia, it was introduced in 2021 that you can get both licenses at 15, and then drive them at 15. However, I think the cost difference between a moped license and a scooter license is 200+ euros. A friend is getting his motorcycle license, but I don't want to wait another year.
I don’t see any sense in the Mofa test certificate if you can do AM as well.
If you’re going to grout for 200 €, you’d better stay in principle. In the world of motorized vehicles, this is a small amount that you should have at any time “less”.
Do you prefer e-roller or gasoline?
200 euros? This is probably 4 or 500 euros more
So it should be 45 km/h, everything else is overtaken by the bike. However, since it is a complete lead ticket and not just a test take-off, you should actually hold a year at the current driving school prices and then simply make A1. Then, if you don’t want a motorcycle or have too little money, you can buy a 125 roller with which you can go even better on the road. You will also not be overtaken constantly and can even drive on the highway (if it has to be)
The price between 25 and 45 kmh is only 200€ or so? I’m the youngest one from my click and don’t want to wait 1 year, while the 125s already drive. The price between moped and scooter is also about the same as they were only throttled.
If your friends drive 125s, I’d just wait. Otherwise, you’ll always sit behind. 25km/h is only a test certificate, but 45kmh is a real driver’s license, which is very similar to the A1 price. You should really wait and have time to save your money for a motorcycle or 125 scooter.
Yeah, you can start with 16. If you want to save correctly, you can make the B driving license with the A1 together, then you pay less fees and less money overall than if you are doing AM and later B. It’s so easy. If it doesn’t hurt you to spend the money, do it. Just for a year, I wouldn’t spend so much money in person. AM isn’t even in the step-leader’s license, which starts from A1, which means that after a year you will make A1, you will have all the fees back on your neck.
At 16 I can make almost my car driving license, and I’m not the only one who makes a roller. But thanks:)
Hi, all over Germany is now AM from 15.
Since then, it has not made any sense to make the Mofa test certificate.
Okay, the driving permit is a little more expensive, but the price for the machine should be about the same.
The mofas are actually mopeds in series production for the international market, which are then extra throttled for D.
Mofas doesn’t exist in most countries, is a German thing.
So rather make scooters?
I’d almost recommend. With a moped you would be much more mobile than with a mofa.
As I said, the machine costs something the same, despite throttle it also does the same, only the driving school will be a little more expensive.
Uff, I’m not as informed as it looks at e-rollers with the range. That’s why I fit the question and hope for other experts.
Do you prefer e-roller or gasoline?
Mofa has no driver’s license, only test certificate.
Class AM is available throughout the federal territory from 15.
If you need to know what you want to do, I personally don’t advise anyone on the test certificate.
In one year you could not make a motorcycle license, with 16 you can at best purchase Class A1, and my recommendation would also go.
Class A1 is 125kmh, right?
No, up to 125ccm
You also have experience with class AM not 🤷 ♂️
To this end, “block” You drive faster on the road, who want to overtake you in any case, which in turn leads to harsh situations for you.
Furthermore, there is no possibility to climb in class AM if you want to make A2 or A later.
Oh yes, I meant that the year I don’t want to wait, and it’s too dangerous to me, because you have as good as no experiences on the road. So many have died.
Depending on what you want to drive in the next time, then I’d be very easy to judge.
The for scooters .
