Scooter starts badly and as soon as it gets going and you accelerate it turns off?

I own a Yamaha Aerox.

I've had the problem for a while now that my scooter is hard to start, only after 15-20 kicks and then when it starts easily and you give it a bit of gas it goes straight away. But when it starts like that, which takes a while, and you then give it gas, after waiting about 30 seconds it runs like a dream.

It then also has perfect draft.

I have a new spark plug, the carburetor is also new and I have already changed the jets.
