Scooter warranty gone or not?

Hello, I just bought a new scooter for the first time. Unfortunately, it fell over recently, and now there's a really big scratch there. The scooter runs perfectly, but I have to get it serviced for the second time soon, and I'm worried about what they'll say about the warranty. Will I still have it or not?

I don't really care about the looks. What's important to me is the warranty, especially for the engine, so that it runs smoothly.
