Scooter question CDI?

I have a question. I asked a question a few days ago because my 45 km/h scooter used to go 49 km/h, but now it's going 54 km/h, which is way too fast for me. I don't want to lose my Class B driving license. Now I'm wondering what I can do. I've tried out a 25 km/h CDI and a 45 km/h CDI. We are the second owners, and my brother said that the previous owner must have cut a cable (he remembered it today), which you normally just pull to remove the throttle. The previous owner cut it, however. How can I throttle my scooter now? Is this cable available to buy, or can I use a spacer ring? Unfortunately, I know nothing about this field. I only want to use the scooter to get to the gym and save fuel.

Can throttle variomatics with a small spacer ring. Search for Youtube “Dethrottle Variomatik”. Then you just take the steps backward:) Costs 3€ vlt and goes quite fast.

No, you’re too slow.

If you’re allowed to drive 45 Km/h, it’ll be okay for 2 to 3 Km/h. You don’t get that in any case. Depends on how or by whom is measured.
