Scooter goes faster than stated?
According to the speedometer, the scooter is doing around 70 km/h. The operating license states 49cc and 49 km/h. It's from the 90s. Is it okay with the AM license? And if not, what can I do?

Hi, do you know any good 50cc quads that you can and are allowed to drive with an Am driving license? Greetings
I can't find it under "Pass" in the app, and with Voi, a day pass is only valid for 100 minutes. Can someone help me?
Hello everyone, I want to buy a compressor for changing my car's tires. Will this one be sufficient for this purpose? See the attached image.
Hey, my friends and I are going to Vietnam soon, and we've been thinking about doing a scooter tour from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh, as it'll give us more independence. We're carrying 11kg backpacks and a smaller bag, and almost all of us have only ridden scooters once in our lives. Would you recommend…
Hello everyone, this question might sound strange at first, but… I recently went to DEKRA to have my rims and chassis inspected. Everything was fine, but the inspector said there might be some tightness between the tire and the wheel housing when the car was in the locked position. This is because there's a 2cm…
Your scooter is clearly too fast and that would also be if you were to determine the speed via GPS.
Since we don’t know what scooter it is, you should drive to the workshop and let it throttle there – it would be possible to replace the CDI, install a spacer disc or a gas slide stop.
The specified 49 km/h are compliant. From 1986 to the European standardization, the maximum permissible speed of 50 km/h was applied to small motorcycles and scooters. However, if the vehicle actually reaches 70 km/h, something has to be changed technically. This means that the vehicle would not be legally movable. 70 no longer speaks for the usual advance of the tacho. You can also see if you’re on the road in the city with full gas.
is good, you don’t always have to exhaust.
