Scooter goes 45 km/h with new carburetor despite 25 throttle?

The carburetor on my scooter wasn't working properly (the engine would simply die at full throttle). I installed a new carburetor and the scooter runs really well now, but the problem now is that it's going faster than the speed limit. I'm not sure if it makes sense to buy a new CDI. The scooter is a Pegasus Sky 25 and has an electronic throttle.

Hope you can help somehow.

A 25km/h electronic throttle set for Pegasus Sky Scooter also usually consists of a metal ring for variomatics in order to limit the transmission progression. In addition, electronic speed limiter, which is connected to the wiring of the ignition electronics, to reduce the engine power. ♪

The limiter will probably no longer be connected..

Can it be that the throttling is defective as you have “rebuilt” your scooter?

I’m sorry, I can’t help you… go to the workshop, where you’ve got the drosselung, I know about a friend you’d rather not like to see for a broken throttling in the police’s control.

Did you forget to install the gas train choke?
