  1. Driving without licence
  2. Driving without driving licence

To 1:

This is an offence which costs fines, but can also bring points in Flensburg at risk of others.

2:

This definitely brings points in Flensburg (if enough to cost you the driving license) as well as a significantly higher fine.

In any case, drive without a driver’s license, if necessary without insurance protection if it is approved as 45km/h.

The Road Transport Act (StVG) § 21 para. 1 provides a fine of up to 180 daily rates or a fine of up to twelve months for driving without a driving licence. It does not matter with which vehicle the person at the tax commits the traffic violation.

According to § 6 PflVG, the following penalties threaten to drive without insurance cover: fines of up to 180 daily rates (from 90 daily rates one is deemed to be pre-criminal including entry into the management certificate) imprisonment of up to one year.

Roller drives 65 instead of 45?

Fair just after, no one will know. Do not rely on the most advanced tacho.

…I 16 have a driving license AM with which I can drive 45 km/h…

This is often claimed, but that’s why it’s not true. The AM also allows 50 km/h plus 10 % tolerance (i.e. 55 km/h, up to the year 31.12.2001) or 60 km/h (up to 28.02.1992).

Problem: This does not mean that you can also use a 45 km/h high speed scooter (year of manufacture from 01.01.2002). This means that the same model, which is still legally allowed to drive 55 km/h with year 31.12.2001, is suddenly illegal with year 01.01.2002.
