It’s probably a bit far from where you come from.

I don’t want to talk this well, but probably nothing happens.

I would stop at 33 (25 allowed) and the blue ones have let me go again without warning or similar.

Up to 50, they probably don’t even notice that the box is too fast, as they look at the (not always accurate) tacho.

At 55 kmh, most of them also seem to have an eye, because it might be easy to see the throttling over the years.

In addition, they also have to do other than request a test bench. They can’t do anything to you.

However, it is also the question whether the scooter is actually driving 55 or just indicating it. The higher the speed, the more inaccurate are the ollen cheap tachos.

Mine showed up after the unthrottled 80 but only around the 70.

Since I drive Simson I do not know the consequences, but it definitely counts as tuning and the scooter is not allowed for speed.

Are also a lot more expensive than a scooter. This must also be worth it, unless you are an East-Algic like me, then you don’t need a real reason

what are the consequences?

If you get caught? You’re being charged. And then condemned. And then you’re punished.

You want to know how high the penalty is? The good thing about German criminal law is that you cannot see in any “catalogue” whether it might be worth buying the penalty for what you do.

No, you can’t look. You may be surprised how a judge punishes you that you have driven a motor vehicle with an extinct licence and without a driving licence.

Not theoretically. If your tuning is not visible visually, the location as well as barely do what

Well, not quite, the tolerance applies to the permissible speed of the courts, i.e. 45kmh + tolerance. Not I hope 50 go through + tolerance.

“Community Expert Police”- safe? “indicted – condemned” – in an offence? “Prejudicial” – Are you sure you get so high daily rates for doing that it’s enough for “prejudiced”?

You will certainly not be punished or accused/convicted by doing so. Your scooter’s license is cancelled and that’s an offence. If you’re driving, it looks different, you’re making yourself criminal. I recommend that you reverse this and not drive it. You should save money for the A1, then you can look forward to it. You can also operate legally scooter tuning, but this must be in line with the TÜV. Tell me about it.
