Derestrict a scooter with an A2 driving license?
Hi, I wanted to ask if I can derestrict my 50cc scooter (45 km/h) if I have an A2, the "intermediate" motorcycle license. Of course, my operating license and insurance coverage will be invalidated, but they can't really charge me with driving without a license, right? And the rest is just an administrative offense, right? Has anyone had any experience with this?

Hi, insurance does not necessarily expire, otherwise it would also be a crime.
Nevertheless, insurance could cause trouble in various scenarios: You build an accident and a reviewer comes to the conclusion that the brakes of the moped were not levied for these high speeds.
Then the insurance would first have to compensate for the opposing damage, but could demand from you up to €5,000 regression.
If money didn’t matter, would my appearance be in danger or not? I am still in the trial period, so all that points brings me the appearance
Not directly. Driving with an erroneous license would have to be a B- violation. You’d have to collect some of this before it gets dangerous.
If you get caught with it, you’d have to rebuild legally and then perform.
