Good day everyone, I have a scooter from the brand sym symply which only has half a bar left with the tank and it won't start with the electric starter but you can hear noises, however it starts with the kick starter and everything works, including the lights and horn etc.

well, if you press the button for the e-starter, then a sound comes as you mean. That’s what this noise is.
If the e-starter turns, but the engine does not. Then the connection between the two would be broken.
Check again if the battery is properly installed when you swap the poles, the e-starter does not go.
